01

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These terms apply to the public website operated by Campusense IT. If you request professional services, a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or other written agreement may also apply. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the relevant engagement.

You confirm that you have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use the website for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

02

Website scope and availability

These terms apply to this public website and its online communication channels. We may change, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the website, but will take reasonable steps to protect continuity where practical.

You may use the website only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity carried out through your device or communication channel.

Service descriptions, examples, pricing, timelines, and implementation patterns on the website are illustrative unless included in an agreed written scope.

03

Informational content and professional services

Website content provides general information about our products and approach. It does not create a consultant, client, fiduciary, agency, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.

Technology, AI, ERP, security, compliance, and business outcomes depend on your environment, data, decisions, implementation, third-party systems, adoption, and other factors. Website content does not guarantee a particular result.

Professional advice, deliverables, fees, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, service levels, and support obligations must be set out in a written agreement. Do not rely on website content as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

04

Acceptable use

You must not use this website or any connected service to:

  • break the law, facilitate a criminal offence, or encourage unlawful conduct;
  • transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, obscene, abusive, or otherwise harmful;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, design, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights;
  • upload malware, exploit code, harmful code, or content intended to damage or disrupt a system;
  • attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt service;
  • collect or harvest personal data, addresses, or contact details through automated or manual scraping;
  • use spam, deceptive messaging, fake identities, or unsolicited bulk communication;
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation;
  • interfere with the website, its hosting, network controls, or other users.

We may restrict access, remove submissions, or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.

05

Your messages and submissions

When you submit an enquiry, message, file, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate these terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Campusense IT a limited, non-exclusive permission to use that content only as reasonably needed to receive, review, respond to, secure, and administer your request. This permission ends when the request no longer requires the content, subject to legal retention needs.

Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, export-controlled, or security-sensitive information unless Campusense IT has agreed in writing to receive it and the information is protected appropriately.

06

Intellectual property

This website, including its design, text, graphics, code, interfaces, product names, and original content, is owned by Campusense IT or its licensors. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and print or download extracts for lawful personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce substantial content, modify the site, remove ownership notices, publish material commercially, or create derivative works without written permission, except where law expressly permits a limited exception.

Third-party names, brands, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not grant a licence beyond what their owners provide.

07

Third-party services and external links

The website may link to or display third-party websites, platforms, libraries, fonts, hosting services, messaging services, and tools. These services are independent and are not controlled by Campusense IT.

A link does not mean that Campusense IT endorses, operates, verifies, or guarantees a third party or its content, products, privacy practices, or availability. You access third-party services at your own risk and subject to their terms.

External links may be changed, removed, or unavailable. Campusense IT is not responsible for a third party's content or actions to the extent permitted by law.

08

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Campusense IT disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We take reasonable care with website content, but do not warrant that it is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose. Product outcomes, security, compliance, compatibility, availability, and performance may vary.

You are responsible for maintaining your own device, software, network, accounts, backups, access controls, and lawful use of the website.

09

Limitation of liability and indemnity

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campusense IT and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use or inability to use the website, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or system unavailability.

For liability connected to paid professional services, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Campusense IT and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, material you submit that infringes another person's rights, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these terms, unless another mandatory law requires a different forum.

Before starting proceedings, you agree to contact info@campusense.in and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally. This does not prevent urgent injunctive relief or any right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

11

General terms

Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

Delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. A waiver on one occasion does not waive the same right on another occasion.

Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our written consent. Campusense IT may assign these terms in connection with a merger, reorganisation, financing, sale, or transfer of relevant business or assets.

Entire agreement

These terms and any signed service agreement form the entire agreement concerning their subject matter and replace earlier oral or written statements on that subject, unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

12

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our website, services, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. The revised terms apply from the time they are published unless stated otherwise.

If a signed service agreement controls a change, that agreement will govern the engagement.
